Required Telesales Executive - Delhi

Job Summary:

The Telesales Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting products/services, closing sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships . The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a sales-driven mindset . What you ll do - Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently. - Provide accurate information about banking products and services. - Deliver excellent customer service and enhance customer satisfaction. - Build strong relationships with customers to understand their financial goals and offer tailored solutions that add value to their banking experience - Develop a deep understanding of our banking products and services to identify upselling opportunities based on customer needs and preferences
Preferred candidate profile - Minimum 10th /12 or Bachelor 's degree can apply - Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi or English - Ability to handle customer queries and complaints effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Engagement:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to pitch products/services .
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions .
• Handle customer objections and persuade them to make a purchase .
• Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets .

Follow-ups & Relationship Building:

• Maintain a database of customer interactions and update CRM software.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and previous interactions to maximize conversions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.

Reporting & Process Improvement:

• Keep records of sales performance and call feedback .
• Work closely with sales managers and marketing teams to improve conversion rates.
• Stay updated on company products, services, and industry trends .
