Field Sales Executive

Job Summary:

The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for prospecting, meeting clients, and selling financial products such as loans, insurance, mutual funds, or banking services . This role requires strong communication, negotiation skills, and a result-oriented approach .

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

• Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, referrals, and networking .
• Promote and sell financial products like loans, credit cards, insurance, or investment plans .
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets .

Customer Relationship Management:

• Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to explain product benefits.
• Address customer queries and guide them in choosing the right financial solutions .
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business.

Market Research & Reporting:

• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes in the finance sector.
• Provide sales reports, customer feedback, and insights to management.
• Participate in promotional campaigns, financial literacy programs, and networking events .
