Female Personal Secretary

Job Summary:

The Personal Secretary will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining confidentiality . This role requires excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills .

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative & Scheduling Support:

• Manage the executive s calendar, appointments, and meetings .
• Arrange travel bookings, hotel accommodations, and event planning .
• Handle emails, calls, and business correspondence .

Office & Document Management:

• Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents .
• Maintain records, files, and confidential information securely.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders .

Communication & Client Interaction:

• Act as a liaison between the executive and clients, partners, and team members .
• Attend and take minutes in meetings when required.
• Ensure smooth communication and follow-up on key action points.
