Job Description:

Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs

Advertise job openings on company s careers page, social media, job boards and internally

Greet interview candidates and answer basic questions about company information.

Developing own network of suitable candidates.

Drafting and posting job descriptions

Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)

Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits.

Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard.

Assist in performance management processes.

Job Summary:

The HR Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment , including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong networking abilities, and a passion for talent acquisition .

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing & Recruitment:

• Identify and source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals .
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates ' suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

Candidate Engagement & Selection:

• Conduct telephonic, video, and in-person interviews .
• Assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and experience.
• Manage salary negotiations and offer rollouts .

Collaboration & Process Management:

• Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Maintain accurate candidate databases and recruitment reports .
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Onboarding & Employer Branding:

• Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Support employer branding initiatives through social media and recruitment campaigns .
