Job Summary:

We are looking for a Telecaller who will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, and providing customer support . The role requires strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to persuade customers while maintaining professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling (Sales & Lead Generation)

• Make cold calls and follow-up calls to potential customers.
• Explain products/services and generate interest among customers.
• Convince and convert leads into customers .
• Maintain customer records and update lead status in CRM software.

2. Inbound Call Handling (Customer Support & Query Resolution)

• Answer incoming calls from customers and address inquiries.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies .
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.

3. Customer Engagement & Follow-ups

• Follow up with existing customers for renewals, upselling, or additional services.
• Maintain strong customer relationships by providing excellent service.
• Collect customer feedback and report market trends.

4. Data Entry & Reporting

• Maintain daily call records and update databases .
• Prepare reports on customer interactions and sales conversions .
• Work towards achieving individual and team targets .
