Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:

• Identify potential clients through market research, cold calling, networking, and online platforms.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B/B2C clients .
• Generate sales leads and convert prospects into customers .

Sales & Revenue Growth:

• Pitch products/services to prospective customers and close deals.
• Develop sales presentations and proposals for clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets .

Market Research & Strategy:

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs .
• Suggest improvements in sales strategy to enhance revenue.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to run promotional campaigns.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Maintain a CRM database and track sales performance.
• Follow up with clients for feedback and ensure customer satisfaction .
• Handle objections, queries, and negotiations effectively.
