Junior Engineer - Civil

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Junior Engineer & -& Civil& to assist in construction projects, site supervision, and quality control. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of civil engineering principles, project execution, and structural analysis . This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or individuals with minimal experience to grow in the construction and infrastructure sector.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Supervision & Execution

• Assist in managing construction activities on-site .
• Ensure work is completed as per drawings, designs, and quality standards .
• Monitor and report on project progress, delays, and challenges .

2. Project Planning & Coordination

• Assist senior engineers in planning and scheduling construction work .
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and suppliers for project execution.
• Ensure materials are available on time and maintain stock records.

3. Quality Control & Safety Compliance

• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Check materials, concrete mix, and construction methods for quality assurance.
• Report any safety hazards or non-compliance issues on-site.

4. Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare daily progress reports, material usage logs, and project updates .
• Assist in preparing cost estimates and BOQs (Bill of Quantities) .
• Maintain project drawings, blueprints, and technical documentation .
