Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Interaction & Support

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat support .
• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and concerns effectively.
• Assist customers with orders, account details, refunds, and service issues .

2. Product & Service Guidance

• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies .
• Assist customers in choosing the right product/service based on their needs.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional and friendly communication.

3. Documentation & CRM Management

• Maintain customer records, interactions, and service requests in the system.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and feedback collection .
• Generate reports on customer interactions and service improvements .

4. Compliance & Quality Standards

• Follow company policies, scripts, and customer service guidelines .
• Adhere to data protection and privacy regulations .
• Work towards achieving customer satisfaction targets (CSAT) and service level agreements (SLA) .
