Job Description

Responsibilities:
Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of sales executives, setting clear goals, monitoring performance, and providing ongoing coaching and feedback.&

Develop and implement long-term logistics strategies aligned with overall business objectives, optimizing resource allocation and improving operational efficiency.&

Oversee and manage the logistics budget, controlling expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.&

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, carriers, and other logistics partners to ensure seamless operations, competitive pricing, and reliable service.&

Identify opportunities for process improvement within the supply chain, implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and address potential challenges.&

Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics activities, providing regular reports and insights to management.&

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies related to logistics and transportation.&

Proactively identify and resolve logistics-related issues, minimizing disruptions and ensuring timely delivery of goods.&

Collaborate with other departments to optimize inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.&

Identify and mitigate potential risks within the supply chain, developing contingency plans to address unforeseen circumstances.
Qualifications:
Bachelor 's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.&

Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing sales teams, strategy development, and achieving sales targets within a logistics or supply chain environment.&

Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating teams.&

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.&

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.&

Proficiency in logistics software and systems.&

In-depth knowledge of supply chain management principles and best practices.&

Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.&

Strong understanding of budgeting and financial management principles.
