Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled IT System Administrator with expertise in system administration, hardware/software support, biometric & battery management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for day-to-day IT support, including laptop/desktop troubleshooting, conference room setup, and onboarding tasks for new employees.
Key Responsibilities:
System Administration Manage and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, and office IT infrastructure.
Employee IT Support Provide technical assistance for employees facing hardware/software issues.
Laptop/Device Deployment Install required software on new laptops/systems and arrange laptop dispatch for new joiners after management approval.
Emergency IT Support Be available for urgent IT issues and coordinate with management for critical support.
Conference Room & Audio Setup Set up and manage speakers, mics, and audio-visual equipment for meetings and conferences.
Biometric & Battery Management Maintain biometric systems, battery backups, and UPS power solutions.
Software & Hardware Support Install, configure, and maintain software, operating systems, and office IT devices.
Security & Compliance Ensure company devices and IT systems meet security policies and compliance standards.
Required Skills & Experience:
3 to 6 years of experience in IT System Administration.
Strong expertise in laptop/desktop troubleshooting, software installation, and IT support.
Hands-on experience with biometric systems, battery backups, and office IT infrastructure.
Experience handling laptop dispatch for new employees after internal approvals.
Ability to set up and manage conference room speaker & mic systems.
Strong knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
