Sales and Marketing Engineer - Industrial Fans (oil & gas and power steel and cement) and CompressorsLocation: Gurgaon, IndiaKey Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the power, steel, cement, and oil & gas segments.- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets for industrial fans and compressors.- Prepare and present technical proposals and quotations to clients.- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.- Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met.- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote products and services.- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.Qualifications:- Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering, - 5-18 years of experience in sales and marketing of industrial fans and compressors.- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the power, steel, cement, and oil & gas segments.- Strong understanding of industrial fans and compressors and their applications.- Excellent negotiating and proposal-making skills.- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.- Good communication and presentation skills.Skills:- Strong sales and marketing skills with a focus on industrial fans and compressors.- Excellent negotiation and proposal-making abilities.- Ability to understand and address client needs effectively.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in market research and analysis.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Flexibility to travel as needed.
