As the Admissions Counsellor, you will be responsible for:1. Receiving Leads from various sources2. Counsel diverse students looking for Test prep support, specially focused on IELTS preparation3. Counsel the students about IELTS and the role it plays in the student s study abroad journey4. Explain the advantages of starting their English preparation with The WorldGrad, and the various features of our English preparation program5. Meticulous note taking, record keeping and usage of the CRM software to track all leads6. Adhere to sales targets7. Apt follow-ups via multiple touchpoints to ensure a predetermined % of outreach contact ability is achieved8. Explore other options such as IELTS group sessions, demo sessions etc. to increaselead conversionWho are we looking for?1. Qualification: Bachelor degree2. Experience :- 1-2 years of professional experience in counselling and selling IELTS preparation programs/products- Candidate possessing strong knowledge on IELTS and other English proficiency exams (TOEFL, Versant etc.) in the journey for the study abroad students can be also considered3. Ability to approach any situation with patience, empathy, and an innate follow-up mechanism4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills5. Technology: Comfortable with using CRM software - LSQ experience will be preferred6.
