Job Description
B2B Sales Strategy & Execution:- Develop and implement effective B2B sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
-Drive lead generation, conversion, and revenue growth initiatives.
-Identify new business opportunities and establish strategic partnerships. Target Achievement & Sales Optimization: - Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets through cross-selling and upselling techniques.
-Optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
-Conduct regular sales forecasting and reporting to track performance against goals. Client Engagement & Relationship Management: - Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
-Conduct client presentations and prepare compelling proposals to secure business deals.
-Handle negotiations and closing sales with a focus on long-term partnerships. Team Leadership & Training: - Lead, mentor, and train the sales team to enhance performance and achieve business goals.
-Monitor sales performance and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement. Market & Data Analysis: - Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
-Utilize sales analytics and KPIs to assess business performance and drive data-driven decisions.
-Leverage Salesforce or similar CRM tools for data management and reporting. Digital Sales & Campaign Management: - Collaborate with marketing teams to execute digital sales campaigns for lead generation.
-Stay updated on product and service offerings to effectively communicate value propositions.Key Skills & Qualifications: - Proven experience in B2B sales with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
-Strong understanding of sales forecasting, reporting, and process optimization.
-Excellent negotiation, closing, and presentation skills, cross selling, upselling.
-Team Handling at least 6-10 people - Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
-Strong leadership and team management abilities.
