Key Responsibilities
1. Client Acquisition & Lead Generation

& Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients.
2. Property Presentations & Site Visits
& Showcase properties to clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
& Organize and conduct property site visits and virtual tours.
& Address client queries about pricing, amenities, legal documents, and financing options.
3. Sales & Negotiation
& Explain pricing, payment plans, and financing options to buyers.
& Assist clients in completing sales agreements, contracts, and documentation.
& Negotiate terms to close deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
4. Market Research & Competitor Analysis
& Stay updated on real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor offerings.
& Provide insights on customer preferences to improve sales strategies.
& Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance property promotions.
5. Customer Relationship Management
& Maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
& Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
& Provide after-sales support and assist with property registration or loan processing.
