Job Overview

An Accountant is responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and supporting financial decision-making. The role involves bookkeeping, financial analysis, and maintaining accurate accounting records.

Invoice generation, mailing, and payment follow-ups

Maintaining office bills, payment records, and petty cash

Handling day-to-day office accounting tasks

Requirements:

Good knowledge of Tally & MS Office

Daily accounts work and back-office data updating

Strong communication and coordination skills in English

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Record Management

& Maintain and update financial statements, ledgers, and accounting records.
& Ensure accuracy in data entry and reconciliation of accounts.
& Manage accounts payable and receivable transactions.

2. Taxation & Compliance

& Prepare and file GST, TDS, and income tax returns.
& Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
& Assist in audits and maintain necessary financial documentation.

3. Budgeting & Financial Analysis

& Prepare financial reports, profit & loss statements, and balance sheets.
& Analyze financial trends and provide recommendations for cost control.
& Support management in budgeting and financial planning.

4. Payroll & Expense Management

& Process employee salaries, deductions, and reimbursements.
& Maintain payroll records and statutory compliance (PF, ESI).
& Track business expenses and prepare reimbursement reports.

5. Coordination & Reporting

& Coordinate with auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
& Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
& Maintain proper documentation for all accounting transactions.
