Female Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

& Promote and sell martial arts uniforms and sports equipment to customers, retailers, and academies.
& Identify and build relationships with sports academies, schools, and distributors .
& Develop sales strategies to increase revenue and market reach .

2. Customer Relationship Management

& Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and onboard new customers .
& Handle inquiries, calls, and follow-ups to ensure excellent customer service.
& Address customer concerns and provide detailed product information .

3. Marketing & Brand Promotion

& Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns .
& Participate in sports exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to expand brand visibility.
& Leverage social media and online platforms to attract more customers.

4. Order Processing & Reporting

& Maintain records of sales, customer interactions, and product feedback .
& Coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth order fulfillment .
& Provide weekly and monthly sales reports to management.
