Job Overview

A BPO Telecaller Inside Sales is responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls to promote products or services, generate leads, and close sales. The role requires excellent communication, persuasion skills, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

1. Outbound & Inbound Sales Calls

& Make outbound calls to potential customers to pitch products or services.
& Handle inbound inquiries and provide information about offers and features.
& Follow up with leads and nurture customer relationships.

2. Lead Generation & Conversion

& Identify prospective customers and qualify leads through calls.
& Convince and convert inquiries into sales through effective communication.
& Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

3. Customer Relationship Management

& Build rapport with customers to ensure long-term engagement.
& Address customer objections and provide solutions to meet their needs.
& Maintain an updated customer database in the CRM system.

4. Sales Reporting & Feedback

& Maintain call logs, lead details, and sales records.
& Provide feedback on customer interactions to improve sales strategies.
& Work closely with the sales team to enhance overall performance.
