Job Summary:
This position is responsible for designing and producing a variety of visual content, including presentations, videos, social media assets, and more. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sense, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast:paced environment. As a key member of the communications team, this role will collaborate with colleagues across departments to bring concepts to life and enhance the companys visual identity.
Proficiency in infographic design is essential, along with experience in graphic and layout design across platforms such as Illustrator, InDesign, Word, and PowerPoint. The role requires the ability to work under tight deadlines, communicate effectively with team members, and quickly adapt to a deadline:driven environment.
This position is designated as part:time telework per our global telework policy and may require at least three days of in:person attendance per week at the assigned office or project. Weekly in:person schedules will be determined by the individual and their supervisor, in consultation with functional or project leadership

Collaborates with internal stakeholders to design and produce a variety of print and digital marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, proposals, event materials, and social media assets.

Uses software tools such as PowerPoint, InDesign, Word, Photoshop, and Illustrator to produce graphics and coordinate production processes.

Suggests innovative design ideas, staying updated on new software, trends, and design techniques.

Works with subject matter experts and writers to develop complex, technical graphics for proposals and other documents.

Liaises with internal clients, including senior management, to finalize presentations and materials.

Ensures designs align with Bechtel 's visual identity while creating aesthetically pleasing concepts.

Supports special assignments related to proposals, corporate, or marketing activities.
