Required Delivery Associate - Coimbatore

Job Overview:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Delivery Associate to transport and deliver packages to customers safely and on time. The ideal candidate should have good navigation skills, a valid driving license, and a customer-friendly attitude . As a Delivery Associate , you will be responsible for picking up parcels, verifying orders, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining a high level of customer service .

Key Responsibilities:

Pick-Up & Delivery:

• Collect parcels/packages from the warehouse or vendor.
• Deliver orders to customers within the assigned area.

Customer Service:

• Interact with customers politely and ensure successful order handover .
• Collect payments (if applicable) and provide invoices/receipts.

Route Planning & Navigation:

• Use GPS or maps to plan efficient delivery routes .
• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries to the correct address.

Package Handling & Safety:

• Handle packages with care to prevent damage .
• Follow traffic and safety regulations while driving.

Reporting & Documentation:

• Maintain records of deliveries, payments, and customer feedback .
• Report any issues, delays, or vehicle problems to the supervisor.
