Female Office Assistant

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Female Office Assistant to manage reception duties, customer interactions, cash transactions, and office administration . The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a professional appearance, and the ability to handle cash and office tasks efficiently . As a Female Office Assistant , you will be responsible for greeting visitors, managing payments, maintaining records, and assisting in daily office operations .

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Management:

• Greet and assist customers, clients, and visitors in a professional manner.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and appointment scheduling .
• Provide basic information about services, pricing, and company policies .

Cash Handling & Transactions:

• Manage cash payments, receipts, and daily cash flow .
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions .
• Ensure proper documentation and reconciliation of payments .

Office Assistance & Administration:

• Maintain office supplies, records, and filing systems .
• Assist in data entry, invoicing, and other clerical tasks .
• Support senior staff with routine office work .

Customer Service & Coordination:

• Address customer inquiries and resolve basic issues .
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth office operations .
• Ensure a clean and organized front desk and office area .
