Experience: 0-7 years We are looking for a passionate Sales Executive to join our team and help customers find the perfect jewellery piece for their special moments. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in selecting jewellery based on their preferences and budget.
• Provide detailed information about products, including materials, craftsmanship, and pricing.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through excellent service.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Handle billing, packaging, and documentation related to jewellery purchases.
• Maintain the store s visual appeal and ensure jewellery displays are well-organized.
• Stay updated on the latest jewellery trends and industry knowledge.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in jewellery sales or luxury retail preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused attitude with excellent persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of gemstones, gold, and other jewellery materials is a plus.
• Proficiency in using POS systems and handling transactions.
