Job Overview

An Inside Shop Sales Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day sales operations within a retail shop located at Coimbatore Railway Station . This role involves assisting customers, handling billing, maintaining inventory, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Customer Service

& Greet customers and assist them in finding products.
& Explain product features, offers, and promotions.
& Handle cash and digital transactions efficiently.

2. Shop Management

& Maintain stock levels and ensure product availability.
& Monitor daily sales and prepare reports.
& Keep the shop clean and organized for a pleasant shopping experience.

3. Billing & Cash Handling

& Process cash, card, and UPI payments accurately.
& Generate and issue bills to customers.
& Maintain daily cash reports and ensure proper accounting.

4. Inventory Management

& Check and restock items regularly.
& Coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment.
& Keep track of fast-moving and slow-moving products.

5. Customer Engagement & Upselling

& Suggest related products to increase sales.
& Inform customers about discounts and offers.
& Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
