Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized HR Operations Executive to oversee the day-to-day HR activities, including employee onboarding, payroll processing, compliance, and HR documentation . The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and HR management systems (HRMS) . As an HR Operations Executive , you will be responsible for managing employee records, handling payroll, processing leaves and attendance, and ensuring smooth HR operations within the company .

Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process.

Facilitate onboarding/offboarding procedures.

Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.

Ensure HR compliance and maintain records.

Coordinate training and development programs.

Requirements:
Bachelor 's degree in HR or related field.

Proven experience in HR roles.

Strong communication and organizational skills

.Proficiency in HR software.

Knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
