Data Entry Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Entry & Management
   • Accurately input and update data in databases, spreadsheets, and software systems.
   • Maintain records of invoices, customer details, sales reports, and other business-related documents.
   • Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness before entry.
2. Data Verification & Quality Control
   • Identify and correct errors in data entries.
   • Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy.
   • Ensure that all data is entered in compliance with company policies.
3. Documentation & Filing
   • Organize and maintain digital and physical documents in an easily retrievable manner.
   • Assist in document scanning, photocopying, and filing tasks as required.
4. System & Software Usage
   • Work with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and company-specific software for data entry.
   • Use CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems if needed.
5. Reporting & Coordination
   • Generate reports based on data entry tasks.
   • Coordinate with different departments to gather and update information.
   • Assist in preparing data presentations and business reports.
6. Confidentiality & Compliance
   • Handle sensitive company data with strict confidentiality.
   • Follow organizational guidelines for data security and privacy regulations.
