Position: Customer Service Executive (Female only).
Job Location: Bhopal
Job Description:
Maintaining long-lasting relationships with existing customers through regular telephonic calls & emailing. Feedback must be documented in the prescribed format and coordinated within the organization.
Document customer interactions when necessary, compiling documents and forwarding information to interested parties
Actively sourcing new sales opportunities through cold-calling, emailing, and LinkedIn prospecting. Candidate must prepare the cold calling data in the prescribed format.
Developing in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits.
Utilizing virtual meetings to build relationships with new customers.
Processing customers ' purchase orders and coordinating with the department to ensure the timely execution of orders.
Creating a sales pipeline to accurately reflect the relative placement of sales prospects in the purchasing process.
Following up on sales inquiries that are made by potential customers through website chats, emails, and inbound calls.
Establish and maintain good rapport with customers by using positive language and anticipating their needs. Participate in training or marketing opportunities/events provided by the organization or by outside entities
Setting up face-to-face meetings between potential customers and the Field Sales Team.
Maintain updated knowledge of the organization 's products, services, and customer service policies.
Document customer interactions when necessary, compiling documents and forwarding information to interested parties
Explain simply and clearly in response to customer questions and check for customer understanding and acceptance
Recommend new products or services or make suggestions for improvements by identifying
relevant features and benefits
Assist clients by demonstrating the use of goods and programs and answering any questions
they may have
Participate in training opportunities provided by the organization or by outside entities
Establish and maintain good rapport with customers by using positive language and
anticipating their needs.
Candidate Qualification:
Master s/Bachelor 's degree in Business Administration or Management, Marketing, or a related field. MBA will be preferred.
Proficiency in all MS Office applications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
Effective communication skills with strong interpersonal skills.
Exceptional customer service skills
English Reading and writing skills are mandatory.
