Job Overview:

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer inquiries, provide information about our products/services, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach . As a Customer Support Executive , you will be responsible for responding to customer queries via phone, email, or chat, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience .

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction & Support:

Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and chat queries from customers.
Provide accurate information about products/services, pricing, and policies .
Resolve customer complaints, issues, and concerns efficiently .

Problem-Solving & Issue Resolution:

Identify and understand customer needs and provide effective solutions .
Escalate complex issues to the concerned department or supervisor .
Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution of issues .

Data Entry & Documentation:

Maintain customer records, call logs, and issue reports .
Document customer interactions and feedback for future improvements .
Ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry into CRM systems .

Relationship Management & Customer Satisfaction:

Build and maintain positive customer relationships .
Provide a personalized and empathetic approach to customer support.
Collect customer feedback and suggestions for service improvement .

Adherence to Policies & Performance Goals:

Follow company policies, scripts, and compliance guidelines .
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets .
Stay updated on product knowledge, services, and industry trends .

Requirements:
Good communication and persuasion skills.
Experience in telesales or customer service is a plus.
Freshers can also walk-in&
Ability to handle customer queries and objections.
Basic computer knowledge.
