Senior Sales Manager - Traffic & Road Safety Solutions (8-12 Yrs) Delhi/Delhi NCR (B2B/Corporate Sales)

- Required to promote and sell traffic and road safety solutions and weighing systems on a nationwide basis while maintaining and acquisition of keys clients developing business strategy exploring channels on regional basis and prospecting Govt. Liasioning.
-Determines annual and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.- Implements sales programs by developing field sales action plans.- Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.- Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring competitive costs, and prepare budgets accordingly.- Complete sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.- Responsible to improve the business and maintain long term relationship with the existing customers.- Maintains sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.- Responsible for managing the sales team, developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls, meeting agreed targets, and promoting the organization s presence on PAN India basis.- Must have a sales related experience in weighing or tolling systems.
-Minimum - Must possess knowledge of dealing with private & Govt. tenders and strong networking into Government sectors especially the transport, road constructions, tolling, traffic highway management, etc. of proven 10 years of experience in a sales or business development role in sales coordination environment.- Highly motivated and strong leader for Sales & Marketing Department.- Well conversant to give presentations to senior government official and heads of private sector.- Thorough knowledge of financial planning and strategy making skills, able to make competitive analysis.- Strong Analytical skills.- Committed to standards of the highest professionalism and ethical behavior.
