Job Overview

A Front Office Executive is responsible for managing the reception area, greeting visitors, handling calls, and assisting with administrative tasks . This role ensures smooth office operations by providing excellent customer service and administrative support . Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees. Answer calls, emails, and inquiries. Manage the front desk, including records and couriers. Schedule meetings and appointments. Take care of office supplies. Help with other office tasks as needed.
Requirements: Any graduate with good communication skills. Experience in front office or receptionist & Admin roles is a plus. Knowledge of MS Office and basic computer skills. Friendly and customer-focused attitude.
