IT Project Coordinator : Intern

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail:oriented IT Project Coordinator : Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a keen interest in managing infrastructure projects that require between 24 and 120 hours of total effort.
Qualification and Skills
:B.Tech with Information Technology/ Computer Science with MBA Degree
:Strong problem:solving skills and attention to detail.
:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
:Detail:oriented with strong organizational abilities.
:Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and willingness to learn other project management software applications.
:Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
:Manage and oversee infrastructure projects from conception to completion.
:Coordinate with cross:functional teams to ensure project tasks are completed on time and within budget.
:Develop detailed project plans, including goals, deliverables, resources, budget, and timeline.
:Identify potential risks and devise contingency plans.
:Monitor project progress regularly and make detailed weekly reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
:Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements
