Academic Counsellor - Preschool Administration Assistant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Preschool Administration Assistant to provide administrative support to our preschool team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, communicating with parents, and ensuring the smooth operation of our preschool.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Support:& & &

- Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls and responding to emails.& & &

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including student files and attendance records.& & &

- Assist with data entry and reporting.

2. Communication:& & &

- Communicate with parents regarding school events, policies, and procedures.& & &

- Respond to parent inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

3. Event Planning:& & &

- Assist with planning and coordination of school events, including parent-teacher conferences and school festivals.

4. Record-Keeping:& & &

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including student files, attendance records, and financial records.

5. General Office Duties:& & &

- Perform general office duties, including photocopying, filing, and mailings.

Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate 's or bachelor 's degree preferred.

2. Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a preschool or educational setting.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Strong organizational and time management skills.

5. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm

- Saturday 9.00 am to 2.00 pm
