Job Summary

A Business Development Executive Sales & is responsible for generating new business opportunities, driving sales growth, and building strong client relationships. This role involves identifying potential customers, pitching products or services, negotiating deals, and ensuring client satisfaction. The Business Development Executive plays a key role in expanding market reach and contributing to the company s revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
    • Identify and approach potential clients through cold calling, networking, and online research.
    • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads to ensure continuous sales opportunities.
    • Use CRM tools to track leads, follow-ups, and sales progress.
  2. Sales & Business Development
    • Understand customer needs and present tailored solutions.
    • Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations.
    • Close deals and meet or exceed sales targets.
  3. Client Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
    • Address client inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
    • Follow up regularly to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  4. Market Research & Competitive Analysis
    • Analyze industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies.
    • Identify new market opportunities for business expansion.
  5. Sales Reporting & Performance Monitoring
    • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
    • Track sales conversion rates and suggest areas for improvement.
    • Work with the sales team to achieve collective targets and business goals.
  6. Collaboration & Teamwork
    • Coordinate with marketing teams to support lead generation campaigns.
    • Work with product and customer support teams to improve service offerings.
    • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and strategy discussions.
