Job Title: Pre-Sales Executive
Location: Baner, Pune
Responsibilities:
Respond to inbound inquiries (phone, email, online) from potential customers regarding our real estate projects.
Qualify leads and identify customer needs and preferences.
Provide detailed information about projects, pricing, payment plans, and available amenities.
Schedule site visits and meetings with the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities in our CRM system.
Conduct outbound calls to follow up on leads and generate new business.
Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets
Handle customer queries and resolve issues effectively.
Prepare reports on lead generation and conversion rates.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (written and spoken).
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
Ability to build rapport with potential clients.
Proficiency in using computers and CRM software (training provided).
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to learn.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
