Overview:

We are looking for a Telecalling cum Sales Executive to handle inbound and follow-up calls, convert potential leads into customers, and promote our products through direct sales. This role does not involve cold calling; instead, it focuses on engaging with interested customers, explaining product details, and closing sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and experience in telesales or customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Handling & Customer Engagement:

• Attend inbound calls and inquiries from potential customers.
• Follow up with warm leads and existing customers for repeat sales.
• Explain product details, benefits, pricing, and offers to interested customers.

2. Direct Sales & Conversions:

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products .
• Persuade customers to complete purchases and achieve sales targets .
• Assist customers in the order placement process and payment guidance.

3. Customer Relationship Management:

• Maintain a positive relationship with customers to encourage future sales.
• Address customer queries and concerns in a professional manner.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and feedback collection .

4. Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and follow-ups .
• Update CRM or sales tracking systems with customer interactions .
• Report daily and monthly sales performance to the management.
