Job Description:
Identify New Business Opportunities: Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online platforms.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, offering them customized solutions to meet their construction needs.
Product Promotion: Promote the company 's PEB solutions, highlighting the benefits of cost-effectiveness, faster construction time, and durability.
Sales Presentations: Conduct product presentations, explain technical specifications, and demonstrate the value of PEB systems to potential customers.
Sales Negotiations: Assist in negotiations and prepare quotations based on client requirements.
Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to provide valuable feedback for business strategy.
Collaboration: Work closely with the project management, technical, and design teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely project execution.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
Sales Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager
