Customer Support Intern

Role Overview: We are seeking an entry-level& Customer Support Intern& to join our team and embark on an exciting journey of learning and growth. This role is ideal for college students or anyone eager to gain hands-on experience in customer support, with an entry-level stipend. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from our partners, assisting them in resolving their queries efficiently.
• Take and analyze complaints, then escalate them to the relevant team members for resolution.
• Conduct outbound calls to follow up on complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Educational Qualification:& Graduation or 12th pass.
• Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in Hindi and English.
• Strong team collaboration abilities.
• Ability to engage and build relationships with partners.
• Basic knowledge of Excel.
• Possession of a personal laptop and internet connection.
• Basic computer operating skills.
• Knowledge of finance and affiliate marketing is a plus.
