Branch Relationship Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Will be responsible for sourcing the business Branch & Open Market.

Will be responsible to interact with the customers & explain about the product.

Should be able to manage relationship with customers/branches/ Managers.

Will be responsible for End-to-end documentation, with the customers.

Execute activities/events from time to time augment business effort.

Will be responsible for daily updation of leads/lead tracking/business tracking.

Ensure the prescribed guidelines & laid down process is in execution of your responsibility.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Branch Relationship Executive to manage customer relationships, promote banking products, and provide excellent customer service at the branch. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales acumen, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement & Service Assist walk-in customers, address their queries, and provide banking solutions.
Sales & Cross-Selling Promote bank products like savings accounts, loans, credit cards, and insurance.
Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers for repeat business.
Account Opening & Documentation Help customers open new accounts, process KYC, and verify documents.
Follow-up & Lead Conversion Follow up on potential leads and convert them into active customers.
Transaction Assistance Guide customers on digital banking, UPI, mobile banking, and other banking services.
Compliance & Reporting Ensure all transactions and customer interactions follow bank policies and regulatory guidelines.
