Sales Executive - Real Estate

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, meeting potential clients, and closing property deals while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

• Identify and approach potential buyers, investors, and tenants .
• Promote and sell residential, commercial, or luxury properties .
• Conduct site visits, property showings, and virtual tours .
• Negotiate deals and close sales successfully.

2. Lead Generation & Customer Engagement

• Generate leads through networking, online marketing, referrals, and cold calling .
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships .
• Provide customers with detailed information on property features, pricing, and legal aspects .

3. Market Research & Property Listings

• Stay updated on real estate trends, competitor pricing, and market demand .
• List properties on real estate websites, social media, and property portals .
• Assist in marketing campaigns, events, and property expos .

4. Documentation & Compliance

• Assist clients in documentation, legal procedures, and loan processing .
• Ensure compliance with real estate laws and regulations .
• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and client communications .
