Tamil Tele Caller

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to promote products/services.
• Handle inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and support.
• Clearly explain product features, pricing, and offers in Tamil.
• Maintain customer details in the CRM system and follow up as required.
• Achieve daily/weekly call targets and contribute to business growth.
• Handle customer grievances professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Work closely with the sales and support teams for smooth customer service.
