Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Design and Development Engineer to conceptualize, design, and develop innovative products and solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed designs, prototyping, testing, and optimizing products to meet industry standards and customer requirements . This role requires expertise in CAD software, engineering principles, and problem-solving skills .

Key Responsibilities

Design & Innovation

Develop conceptual and detailed designs for mechanical, electrical, or software-based products.
Utilize CAD/CAE software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, CREO, etc.) to create technical drawings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, production, and quality control) for product development.
Implement design modifications based on testing results and customer feedback.

Prototyping & Testing

Develop prototypes and conduct feasibility tests to evaluate design performance.
Perform structural, thermal, and stress analysis using simulation tools (ANSYS, COMSOL, etc.).
Conduct quality assurance and validation tests to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Identify and troubleshoot design and manufacturing issues to enhance product functionality.

Project Management & Documentation

Prepare technical reports, design specifications, and user manuals .
Ensure compliance with ISO, ASME, and other regulatory standards .
Work closely with manufacturing and production teams to streamline the transition from design to mass production.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently.
