Customer Relationship Executive

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Relationship Executive to join our Voice Process team. As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the face of our customer service operations, assisting customers with their insurance needs and providing high-quality service. Key Responsibilities :

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers regarding their insurance queries.
• Provide information on insurance products and services.
• Resolve customer issues and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain customer records accurately in the system.
• Ensure a high level of customer service in every interaction.

Requirements :

• Freshers or candidates with 0-2 years of experience in customer service (preferably in a voice process).
• Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi is a plus).
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer knowledge.
