Key Responsibilities

Product Design & Development

• Conceptualize and develop new product designs based on customer needs and industry trends.
• Use CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, or similar) to create 2D/3D models and technical drawings.
• Perform engineering calculations, simulations, and feasibility studies.
• Develop prototypes, test designs, and refine products based on test results.

Research & Innovation

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
• Implement the latest technologies and materials to enhance product performance.
• Stay updated with advancements in engineering design and manufacturing processes.

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Develop testing protocols to evaluate product durability, efficiency, and safety.
• Conduct failure analysis and recommend design improvements.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, certifications, and safety regulations.

Collaboration & Documentation

• Work closely with R&D, production, and marketing teams to align designs with business goals.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, BOMs, and reports.
• Assist in the production process by optimizing manufacturing techniques and material selection.

Project Management

• Manage design projects from concept to completion within deadlines and budget.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers for prototyping and mass production.
• Ensure timely execution of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
