Assistant Operations/ Executive Operations

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Support & Coordination:

• Assist in managing day-to-day operations and workflow efficiency.
• Coordinate between different departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Implement operational policies and procedures for process improvement.

2. Logistics & Inventory Management (If Applicable):

• Monitor supply chain processes, inventory levels, and order fulfillment.
• Ensure timely procurement and distribution of goods/services.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to maintain smooth operations.

3. Data Management & Reporting:

• Maintain records, databases, and reports related to operations.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
• Prepare operational reports and provide insights to senior management.

4. Customer & Vendor Relations:

• Assist in handling client and vendor communications.
• Address operational issues and provide solutions efficiently.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by improving service delivery.

5. Compliance & Risk Management:

• Ensure company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards are met.
• Identify operational risks and recommend corrective measures.
• Support audits and compliance-related documentation.

6. Process Improvement & Team Support:

• Identify opportunities for operational improvements and cost reductions.
• Support team members in executing tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Assist in training new employees on operational procedures.
