Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic UI/UX designer who will be responsible for the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design of our various digital assets. You will ensure that all elements of the online user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design.

Experience : 3 years

Key Responsibilities

1. User Research & Analysis:

Conduct user research to understand target audience needs and behaviors.
Analyze user feedback, competitor analysis, and industry trends.
Develop user personas, journey maps, and experience flows.

2. Wireframing & Prototyping:

Create wireframes, storyboards, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Design user interfaces that enhance usability and accessibility.
Test and refine prototypes based on user feedback.

3. UI Design & Visual Aesthetics:

Develop visually appealing designs with consistency in typography, colors, and branding.
Design responsive interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

4. UX Optimization & Usability Testing:

Conduct A/B testing and usability testing to improve design efficiency.
Identify pain points and suggest design solutions for a better user experience.
Optimize designs for accessibility and mobile responsiveness.

5. Collaboration & Project Coordination:

Work closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams.
Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
Participate in brainstorming and strategy sessions for design improvements.

Skills & Qualifications:

Essential Skills:

Strong knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Photoshop.
Understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks (a plus).
Ability to create user-friendly and visually appealing designs.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Computer Science, or related fields.
Prior experience in UI/UX design (internships or projects for freshers).
Familiarity with design systems and accessibility guidelines.
