Required Factory Worker - Mumbai

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Production & Assembly Work

• Operate factory machines and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assemble and manufacture products as per company guidelines.
• Monitor production lines and report any malfunctions.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production tasks.

2. Quality Control & Inspection

• Inspect products for defects or damages before packaging.
• Ensure all items meet quality standards before dispatch.
• Report any quality issues to the supervisor.

3. Packaging & Labeling

• Pack finished products properly and label them according to specifications.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of packed goods.

4. Safety & Compliance

• Follow workplace safety rules and wear personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Report safety hazards or machine issues to the supervisor immediately.

5. Material Handling & Inventory

• Load and unload raw materials and finished products.
• Assist in stock counting and maintaining inventory records.
