Job Description

Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain web applications. The ideal candidate should have expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies , a problem-solving mindset, and experience working with databases, APIs, and cloud services. This role requires a mix of creativity, analytical thinking, and technical proficiency to build scalable and high-performance applications .

Demonstrable experience in web application development with expertise in Node.js.
Proficiency with front-end technologies like CSS, HTML and JavaScript.
Knowledge of database technologies and agile development methodologies.
Experience working with databases, such as MySQL or MongoDB.
Familiarity with web development frameworks, such as Express.js.
Understanding of microservices architecture and DevOps principles.
Excellent problem-solving and management skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Web Application Development

Design and develop scalable web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient front-end and back-end code .
Ensure high performance, security, and responsiveness of applications.

2. Front-End Development

Develop user-friendly and responsive UI/UX using frameworks like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js .
Implement HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create visually appealing interfaces.
Optimize applications for cross-browser compatibility and performance .

3. Back-End Development

Build and maintain server-side logic, databases, and APIs using Node.js, Python, Java, PHP, or Ruby on Rails .
Develop RESTful and GraphQL APIs for seamless communication between front-end and back-end.
Ensure data security and user authentication using OAuth, JWT, or other security protocols .

4. Database Management

Design and manage relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Firebase) databases .
Optimize database queries for better performance and scalability.

5. DevOps & Deployment

Set up CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
Deploy applications on AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or other cloud platforms .
Monitor and troubleshoot application performance and security issues.

6. Collaboration & Agile Development

Work closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to create seamless applications.
Follow Agile development practices (Scrum, Kanban) and use tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana .
Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
