We are looking to hire an experienced, Relationship executive to utilize inbound and outbound telephone calls, The Relationship executive s responsibilities include receiving incoming telephone calls and assisting with donor inquiries, as well as maintaining an accurate record of all calls made and received. You should also be able to liaise with the appropriate departments to resolve donor complaints
A successful telemarketer must be friendly and persuasive. You must be able to understand the donor s requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs. The ideal candidate will also be patient and cool-tempered to deal with aggressiveness and complaints.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls from prospective donor
Use scripts to provide information about ISKCON and present their benefits
Ask pertinent questions to understand the donor s requirements
Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the reputation
Go the extra mile to facilitate future campaign
