Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting products and services, and converting leads into sales. You will engage with customers over the phone, address their needs, and ensure high customer satisfaction while meeting sales targets.

Roles and Responsibilities

5) Must have good communication skills in Tamil and English

Skills:

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and listening skills with the ability to engage customers, build rapport, and persuade them to take action.

Sales Ability: Strong sales skills, with the ability to overcome objections and close deals effectively.

Customer Focused: Ability to understand customer needs, respond to inquiries promptly, and provide high levels of service.

Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated and results-driven with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Problem-Solving: Ability to think quickly on your feet and provide creative solutions to customer problems.

Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple leads simultaneously.

CRM & Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and basic computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite).

Persistence: Strong ability to handle rejection and maintain motivation while reaching out to prospects.

Team Player: Ability to work well with others, contributing to team goals and collaborating with different departments.
