Hiring for Sr. Manager/DGM ExportExperience in Exports to lead and manage our Global export operations for a leading Consumer Durables.Industry - Fans, lights, appliances and pumps industry.- Expertise in managing export operations, documentation, logistics, and compliance within the consumer durables sector- 12 years of experience in the FMCD/FMCG industry, with substantial experience in global export management.Responsibility:- Global Export Management: Lead and oversee the entire export process, ensuring seamless execution of both pre-shipping and post-shipping activities for all products in the consumer durables category.- Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all export documentation is complete, accurate, and in compliance with international trade regulations. This includes managing export licenses, customs documentation, and legal agreements.- Bank & Financial Institution Interaction: Regularly liaise with banks and financial institutions to manage export payments, financial transactions, Letters of Credit (LCs), and other related banking processes.- Export Incentives & Drawbacks: Manage export incentives, exemptions, and drawbacks under applicable government schemes, ensuring maximum financial benefits and compliance.- Logistics & Container Planning: Oversee the logistics planning and container management to ensure timely and cost-efficient delivery of products. This includes working closely with freight forwarders, shipping agents, and other logistics partners.- CHA Management: Handle Customs House Agent (CHA) coordination, ensuring that all regulatory and compliance requirements are met in a timely manner, and maintaining smooth clearance at ports of entry.- Agreements & Commercials: Manage commercial agreements, contracts, and negotiation of agency agreements for international distribution, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.experience in global export operations including pre-shipping and post-shipping documentation.- In-depth knowledge of export finance, including interaction with banks and financial institutions, export incentives, and managing LCs.- Logistics and container planning experience for efficient product movement.- Familiarity with CHA management and international customs compliance.- Ability to manage commercial contracts and agency agreements in global markets (ref:updazz.com)
