Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our team in Bangalore. As a critical contributor to our sales pipeline in the APAC region, you will focus on generating qualified leads, converting them into warm opportunities, and supporting our sales team.&

Key Responsibilities
Lead generation:
Identify and research potential outbound leads for the sales team. This may involve using databases, online research tools, and other resources to find potential clients and customize outreach to their brand.
Manage and organize sales data. This may involve inputting data into databases, ensuring data accuracy, and creating reports and dashboards for the sales team.
Discover customer needs in terms of current business obstacles and identify business opportunities.
Responsible for building a sales pipeline
Work closely with the sales team.
Provide feedback (prospect needs, industry trends, market perceptions, competitive intelligence, etc.) to both management and the company s sales team.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Follow-up and maintain contact with prospects that don t have an immediate need but may become qualified opportunities in the future
Perform various administrative tasks such as drafting and responding to emails, scheduling appointments, and maintaining sales records.
Ability to report on results and hit and exceed quarterly goals.

Job specific requirements
Skills:
1-2 years prior Sales assistance or lead generation experience
Prior experience with CRM software
Excellent internet for video calls
Excellent English, including understanding of a wide array of idioms(assessed via written, phone and video tests
