Job Role and Key Responsibilities- Utilize cold calling, email marketing, and LinkedIn to generate leads and establish connections with potential clients in the US market.- Conduct thorough research to identify key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through proactive outreach and follow-up strategies.- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials to support lead generation efforts.- Utilize CRM software to track lead progress, update prospect information, and generate reports on sales activities and outcomes.- Actively participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.- Work closely with the sales team to coordinate efforts and ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads.- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the company s overall growth objectives.Education and Experience- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales or Inside Sales for B2B clients in the US market.- Candidates should have worked in the US or UK market for selling any product or services.- Good verbal and written communication is a must.Compensation offered: 5 to 8 LPA.
